About Ahmed
Ahmed is a Mechanical Engineer at Saudi Mining Polytechnic in Saudi Arabia, working in mining. He started his assessor qualification (L3AAVRA) with us on 12/03/2025 and has stayed with us for each step up.
The challenge
Ahmed was looking to progress from an assessing role into quality assurance to take on greater responsibility for maintaining assessment standards and ensuring consistency across training and assessment practices. In a mining and technical training environment, moving into IQA can also support his career progression by allowing him to monitor assessment quality, support assessors and contribute to continuous improvement within the organisation.
