When Phenil started teaching in the UK, he ran into a problem with no obvious way out. Employers would not take him on without a teaching qualification. Course providers would not take him on without a teaching job.

That was 2008. The only route through was a college timetable published months in advance, at a fee that made the decision harder than it needed to be, on evenings that did not fit around a family. Nothing online came close.

So we built the provider we had been looking for. One where you work at your own pace, in front of your own screen, without waiting for a college intake to open. One where the fee is not the obstacle.

Since 2012 we have done that for individuals and for whole teams and the principle has not changed: the qualification should fit around your life, not the other way round.

Phenil founded the centre in 2012 and remains deeply involved in its daily success. As a qualified Teacher, Assessor and IQA, he leads by example – delivering courses, marking submissions and observing teaching sessions. His hands-on leadership ensures high educational standards and continuous, expert support for every learner.

Shaily

Shaily manages the centre’s operations, handling invoices, employer bookings and financial queries. A qualified Teacher, Assessor and IQA, she combines academic knowledge with administrative precision. Beyond managing accounts, Shaily looks after staff welfare, holidays and team well-being while ensuring overall course quality across the entire organisation.

Shiera

Teacher · Assessor · Learner Support

Shiera directly supports students throughout their learning journey. As a Teacher and Assessor, she answers queries, marks course submissions and conducts teaching observations. She provides clear, actionable feedback to help students improve, build confidence and successfully achieve their educational goals in a supportive environment.

Maya

Course Coordinator · Learner Support

Maya is the main point of contact for students immediately following enrolment. As Course Coordinator, she keeps learners moving forward by managing schedules, resolving requests and organising tasks. Her proactive coordination and friendly guidance ensure every student receives steady support and maintains momentum throughout their studies.

Dhyana

Accounts Assistant · Support Teacher · Learner Support

Dhyana supports both administrative and teaching operations. She manages course fees and invoices while providing extra guidance to students needing academic help. An apprentice studying Psychology, Dhyana is actively training to become the centre’s next Teacher and Assessor, bringing empathy and dedication to her support role.
