Carly is a Social Media Trainer at TEEG in Aylesbury, where she trains apprentices in social media marketing and management. She took the Level 3 PTLLS, which has since been replaced by the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (L3AET).
The challenge
Carly’s awarding organisation required her to hold a recognised teaching or training qualification before she could deliver its courses, so qualifying was mandatory rather than optional.
