How quickly can I enrol?
Pay and enrol – You don't have to wait for days. We invite you to the online course within 10-15 minutes on a weekday (9 am to 5 pm). Exceptions: Weekends and public holidays
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, through PayPal. Pay in full, split the cost into three interest-free payments or pay in 30 days at no extra cost. Employers can be invoiced instead and pay by Bank Transfer.
Are the qualifications recognised by employers?
All our qualifications are delivered through our approved centre status with Ofqual-regulated Awarding Organisations. These qualifications are recognised both nationally and internationally.
Can I study around shift work?
Our courses are entirely online and self-paced, so you study whenever your shifts allow. Tutor support runs Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
What if I need more time to complete?
You have 365 days of access and there is no penalty for using them. Most part-time learners finish in a few weeks or months. Paid extensions are available – you don't lose your progress.
Already enrolled?
Learner support is separate from enrolment, so your question reaches your tutor team directly. We reply within 2 working hours, Monday to Friday. If your deadline is within 48 hours, please call us so we can prioritise it.
